I don't preload a lot of functions in the hacksuite, there's a reason for that. The less that's preloaded the less time it takes to load the environment.

There are only a couple of functions that are preloaded:
- GetDirByDir: gets the relative or absolute names of a directory in a directory
- IsThere: is basically the same as file_exists() with the difference that this function sets an error and exports it if the file doesn't exist, the error is always fatal, which means the script will be terminated right after this function's call in the error template
