Specs of the computer I run it on is an old pentium 4 with a whopping 512MB memory.

This means if you have a decent computer you'd probably finish the same wordlist under 10 seconds.

Demonstration of a quick attack on a pop3 server account I setup, this is merely a proof-of-concept. As you can see I have coded a small wordlist, it wouldn't be a good idea to brute force the GMX mail server with this script using my home connection. :p

This video demonstrates how a default wpa2 key for the speedtouch router is obtained using the thc_sb module.
This video also shows you task polling in action, this allows you to run a cracking session in the background.
The status of the session can be followed in realtime.

Just as with the other brute forcing session videos, the attacks are performed on a P4 computer with only 512MB of memory.

This is an attack on the test http authentication login which can be found in THC_HS 0.1.2+. The script uses the default passwordlist that comes with THC_HS in order to 'gain access' to the account.

first of all I wish everyone a happy new year, let's make the best of it. I've started the new year with an update on the suite, it's current version is 0.1.0 and all known issues have been solved. :) also rewrote the rss feed generator for the forum from scratch, added the education section and some other minor stuff not worth mentioning...ok you got me I forgot what they were, blame yesterday's Black label.. :p Cheers and happy hacking. :)
